Meet Dionne Whitby
Dionne Whitby is a change agent and transformative leader with more than ten years of experience growing and improving organizations and supporting national security and international programs as a program manager. She is skilled at identifying executable and achievable goals that align with organizational missions, establishing metrics for measuring program performance, and implementing plans for proactive stakeholder engagement.
Ms. Whitby has supported over 700 senior international military and civilian leaders from 70+ countries throughout her career while managing Department of Defense security assistance and cooperation programs.
She is a first-generation college graduate from Philadelphia, PA, and received her B.A. in International Politics from Penn State University and M.A. in Strategic Security Studies from the National Defense University as a South and Central Asia Program scholar. As a Boren Scholar, Ms. Whitby spent a year studying Arabic in Jordan, and she is also a recipient of the Joint Civilian Service Commendation Medal recipient. In her free time, Ms. Whitby enjoys working with non-profit organizations that focus on providing assistance to underserved communities.
